1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PaperMaxx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PaperMaxx is a prediction and entertainment platform for MMA events. Users can make predictions on fight outcomes using virtual currency ("Grollers"). No real money is wagered, won, or lost. Grollers have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of real-world currency.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

5. Virtual Currency (Grollers)

Grollers are virtual points used within the Service for entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that:

  • Grollers have no real-world monetary value
  • Grollers cannot be purchased, sold, or exchanged for real currency
  • We may modify, reset, or remove Grollers at any time
  • Grollers are non-transferable between accounts

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by PaperMaxx and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAPERMAXX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
